Shopify Integrates With Virtual Shopping Tech Provider Hero

Multinational e-commerce company Shopify has integrated with Hero to enable its customers to connect with online stores virtually.

Online shopping industry is booming since millions of people around the world now meet their needs online instead of going out because of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. As a result, e-commerce platforms are working hard to offer their customers better ways to shop online.

Shopify, Canada-based e-commerce company that operates in approximately 175 countries, just integrated with virtual shopping tech company Hero to enable its customers to have a better shopping experience with Hero’s virtual conversational shopping tools.

Among the launch partners are Neighborhood Goods, Ministry of Supply, Heyday Skincare, Clare V, Naturopathica and The Detox Market.

“Shopify and Hero share a mission of making commerce better. Conversational commerce is a game changer for omni-channel merchants looking to connect their customers with store associates virtually, and grow their business in new ways. We’re thrilled to be able to bring it to the Shopify community with Hero.”

Ian Black, Shopify Director of Retail

According to a blog post shared by HERO, over 1 million online shoppers used HERO in the last 6 months and they were 21 times more likely to make a purchase.
